We have an excellent returns policy with a no quibbles money back guarantee. You may return an item for any reason for either a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
We pride ourselves in our exchange policy and do not charge any additional postage to exchange items. ( except wellies ).
All we ask is the following:
1. All items returned are new / unworn and in original box with all internal packaging. Please do not apply any tape or stick any labels on the internal box. Please ensure you return your item secure protective packaging, using the original bag we send out is fine providing it is taped up.
2. You provide all your details to help speed your return. This can be your sales record invoice that was sent with the product or the returns form.
3. P & P is not refunded unless in the unlikely event that your item is faulty or we have made an error. This is very rare as all products are checked before dispatch. Please note in such cases we can only refund second class standard postage, any extra signed for or faster services cannot be refunded.
4. If you would like an exchange please state the product you would like to exchange for, including the item number. ALL EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO STOCK, if we do not have your requested item we will action a refund for you. We offer free postage to send the new item to you, all you need to pay is the postage to return the item to us. ( UK Customers only, International buyers will be required to return the item for a refund then repurchase the new item they require. We cannot offer exchanges to international buyers.)
5. We recommend you get proof of postage from the post office when returning your item, this is free of charge and will give you peace of mind.
